The filter water intake self-washing floating with check valves

The DN-250 and DN-300 filters are designed to be installed on the suction system of pumping stations with a capacity of up to 450 cubic meters and 750 cubic meters, respectively. It allows to draw water from open sources from a shallow depth, prevents the penetration of silt and mechanical impurities that scare away young fish, and is capable of self-cleaning with water. It is protected from fish, which is confirmed by the State Agency of Fisheries of Ukraine.
It is a rotating gauze cylinder with a check valve unit. The whole structure is fixed on three waterproof metal pontoons. The cylinder rotates due to the energy of water supplied through a rubber hose from the pumping station to the nozzle of the hydraulic turbine wheel, which rotates the cylinder through a gearbox and a pair of gears. The cylinder is self-cleaning with water from flushing nozzles supplied by water from the pumping station under a pressure of at least 3 bar. The design provides for adjustment of the cylinder immersion depth depending on the depth of the reservoir.
